Time for fair communication!

Fair trade, gender mainstreaming, corporate social responsibility, barrier-free Internet accessibility and environmental labels: phenomena like these would have been unthinkable ten years ago. Today, we cannot imagine the world without them.

The FAIR COMMUNICATION movement takes the next logical step. We advocate fair communication in business, politics and administration. We develop the criteria for fair communication together with experts in these fields. We enhance public awareness for fair communication through networking and special events. And we supply all organisations and companies with the information needed in order to ensure fair communication in advertising, PR, on the Internet etc.

The underlying principles of fair communication

  • Fair and unbiased working conditions
  • Breaking down barriers
  • Conserving resources
  • Discrimination-free
  • Gender equality

Almost all of these categories have already been widely discussed in the public domain. And all of these areas have their own advocacy groups from the worlds of business or politics which promote them with great expertise and involvement.

FAIR COMMUNICATION is the first initiative to combine these criteria under one roof and explicitly apply them to the field of communication.
